Michał Gargul

Legal Advisor, Tax Consultant.

In 2008, he graduated from the John Paul II Catholic University of Lublin, Faculty of Law, Canon Law and Administration; he also graduated from doctoral studies at the University.

He gained experience by working with a renowned Kraków Law Firm of Legal Advisors, and with an Investment Fund Society.

He is a non-employee member of the Local Government Appeal Board in Kraków (finance division).

He was a lecturer at the Higher State Vocational School in Tarnów.

He is also a former member of Supervisory Board of the public company trading as ES System S.A. with registered office in Kraków, as the Chair of its Audit Committee.
